Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

QRMilitaria offers historical military items exclusively for collecting, study, or museum display purposes.

Unless otherwise stated, all items are original. Reproductions are clearly indicated.

Warning: some items may contain symbols or references to totalitarian regimes (e.g. Nazism). These items are sold strictly for historical and documentary purposes and do not constitute any form of glorification or endorsement. Their sale complies with Belgian and European legislation.

2. Orders

Orders are placed exclusively online via the website.

The customer must provide accurate information to ensure proper processing and delivery.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws regarding the possession and use of historical or sensitive items.

3. Prices

Prices are listed in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT applicable in Belgium).

Prices may be modified at any time, but orders are invoiced based on the price at the time of validation.

4. Payment

Payments are processed online via secure providers.

An order is confirmed once payment has been received.

5. Shipping

Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery times are indicative. QRMilitaria is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Shipping fees are displayed separately and include all applicable taxes.

For sensitive items, shipping may be subject to verification of legality in the destination country.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Belgian and European law, the customer has 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Items must be returned in their original condition, at the customer's expense.

7. Warranty and Liability

QRMilitaria guarantees the authenticity and conformity of items to their description.

Limited liability:

QRMilitaria shall not be held responsible for any illegal or improper use of items.

The customer is responsible for the legal use and storage of purchased items.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content (photos, texts, logos) is the property of QRMilitaria and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Personal Data

Customer data is used solely for order processing and customer service.

10. Disputes

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought.

Failing that, Belgian courts shall have jurisdiction.

11. Acceptance

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and agreement to comply with laws related to historical items.

12. Sale of Bladed Weapons

Bladed weapons offered on the site are strictly prohibited for sale to persons under 18 years old.

By placing an order, the customer declares to be of legal age and to comply with Belgian law.

QRMilitaria reserves the right to cancel any order if there is doubt about the buyer’s age.
